North Denver Attic Transformation

One of the important decisions when designing an attic space are the slanted ceilings. Headspace ! If they are poorly designed then the homeowner will bang their head and grow to hate the space. So, during design of this area we redesigned multiple times to accommodate the headspace requirement as well as utilize all of the available space. In the areas which are too low to comfortably walk in we ran hvac ducts, storage spaces and the washer/dryer.
