Historic Denver Home Renovation

Home renovated to include stairs to the attic from inside of the home.

A brick archway was discovered behind plaster and drywall.

Severely damaged oak flooring replaced with Athena Hickory wirebrushed hardwood 

After images of the renovated attic featuring a lofted stairwell and an owners suite with a rooftop deck. All is shaded by an 100+ year White Ash tree
